How we work together
My executive coaching engagements run six months to build trust, gather meaningful feedback, and create lasting change.
We typically start with a narrative 360: conversations with key stakeholders to map how you’re seen, identify strengths, and target growth areas. Together with you and your sponsor, we set clear goals.
We then meet regularly for focused reflection, candid conversation, and practical action between sessions. Work often covers leadership coaching, stakeholder navigation, decision support, team alignment, and preparation for new roles—practical, real-world work to change how you lead and how your team performs.
Growth changes what leadership requires. What worked in the last chapter doesn’t always work in the next.
